Equipment (Nothing but a couch to put your feet on for the decline pushups)
- 30 Jump Squats
- 30 Decline Pushups
- 30 Lying One-Leg Hip Extensions
- 30 Jumping Lunges
- 30 Mountain Climbers
- 30 Super Burpees (Perform a push-up while you are on the ground before you jump back up)

The Workout: Circuit through entire workout for a total of 3 sets. Go online to see how to do these exercises. YouTube or Google.
- Side to Side Squat – Complete 20 reps.
- Pop Squats – Complete 20 reps.
- Burpees with Plank Knees In – Complete 15 reps.
- Ball Pushup with Knee Roll In- Complete 15 reps.
- Wall Ball Squat with Curl Press – Complete 15 reps.
- Wall Ball Lunge with Shoulder Press – Complete 15 reps on each leg.
Follow with more steady state cardio for additional calorie burn. (15-20 minutes)
